We would like to introduce Sarah Twigg as Hutton’s New Customer Care Representative. Sarah’s initial work has been updating all of our stockist’s records to ensure that all the details we have for you are correct; No doubt many of you would have already spoken to her.
Sarah says “I think it’s a fundamental responsibility of any business to ensure the contact details between customer and supplier are maintained to a high standard, in the ever changing business environment how can we hope to be effective communicators if the basic information we have gathered is incorrect”.
Before joining us Sarah had worked in the Charity sector as well as raising money for her local Hospice. In her spare time she is a keen football watcher as well as supporting the Exeter Chiefs rugby team.
Going forward Sarah will be contacting you from time to time to provide assistance in the area of stockist support.
