Severn Valley Woodworks manufactures a wide and varied range of timber frame buildings, these include traditional homes,
eco-builds, cart sheds and garages, all produced from a complete range of timber materials, Softwood, Oak, Douglas fir, I beams through to Glulam beams.
We work closely with an independent design company and several key customers who design and bring the building to a manufacturing point, we then produce the components and draw all the building materials together.
Considerable investment in plant and machinery has been made to our production capability which includes the Hundegger K2 milling machine.
This machine operates using industry leading software from which all the building CAD design is created.
Each bespoke component is manufactured using the K2’s extensive design features from drilling, notching, morticing and tenoning. The finished components are then delivered to site where the customer can then begin the build.
